Digital Products & Mentoring

Because digital products (including the Van Life Money Calculator™, Workshops, and Guides) are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with notice but are non-refundable once completed.

Physical Products (Manuals, Apparel & Accessories)

For physical goods, including printed manuals and items fulfilled via Printful:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We accept exchanges if a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Please contact us at catina@thevanlifestylist.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue to initiate an exchange.
  • Change of Mind: Because apparel and accessories are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for size changes or "change of mind." Please review the size charts carefully before ordering.
  • Manual Returns: Printed manuals must be in new, unread condition to be eligible for return consideration. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
